After several years of hard work, the City of Bryant, Arkansas hosted a grand opening for the inclusive playground at Mills Park on August 14, 2018. This inclusive GameTime playground is a place where everyone in the community, including those with special needs, can come together and play—children and adults alike.

This new playground at Mills Park includes features like poured-in-place rubber safety surfacing, accessible sidewalks, a fully ramped accessible castle theme play structure, sensory play and swings with adaptive seats. Here at Mills Park, there are no limits, no barriers— just opportunities for children and adults of all levels and abilities to play together.

Dave Roberts, an urban planner for Crafton Tull, designed the playground. This is his fifth inclusive playground design and he hopes to see more of them in Central Arkansas. He also designed one in East End.
